Terms & Conditions

1. If you cause damage to any property on the resort or remove resort property your credit card may be billed.
2. You will be personally liable in the event of failure to pay for any or part of the full amount of these charges.  Your credit card may be billed for any amounts due after checkout.
3. Your credit card may be billed $100 fee for smoking in cabin or re-arranging of furniture
4. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and we may withhold the right to provide service.
5. The management, employees, or owner will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or any personal valuables of any kind.
6. Camping:  Checkin and check-out is noon for campers
7. Cabins:  Checkin is at 2:00, Check-out is 10:00 a.m.  Departure after 10:00 may be charged $50 fee. 
8. Houses:   Checkin is at 3:00 p.m, check-out is 10 a.m.  Departure after 10:00 may be charged $50 fee.
9. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation within 60 days with full refund due to guest.  
10. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
11. Fireworks are not allowed to be set off at the resort.
12. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
13. Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings on the premises.
